EXCELLENT stay near termini!
friendly staff great location varied breakfast
The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. I appreciated the great location close to Roma Termini station and many restaurants. The breakfast offered a good variety of options.
The elevator felt a bit small. It could be crowded with multiple guests.

My room included a balcony and comfortable beds, i appreciated it. The bathroom had shower gel, soap, and a hairdryer. Daily cleaning services kept everything tidy.

Cosmo and Nicolas at the front desk were particularly cute. They provided useful information and assistance whenever needed. I felt very well taken care of.

clean room nice staff room size graffiti area
the room was CLEAN and they cleaned every day of my stay. the bed WAS made and the towels were changed. staff was VERY nice.
the SIZE of the room was less than i expected after VIEWING pictures. i did not expect the area to be so degraded because of graffiti.

small room area defacement
The room size was smaller than I thought. The pictures made it look bigger. I was expecting more space (maybe I packed too much). the area had a lot of graffiti. I did not expect that level of defacement in such a cultural city.
